Step 1
Make Consultation
Contact us through telephone (0086-0755-82337815) or e-mail (sales@cyclingbox.com) to inform us your requirement. Eg. Style, quantity, and delivery time, price, workmanship and transportation. We will provide suggestions and reasonable price for you according to your requirement.
Step 2
Confirm the design
Please send your logo, words and requirement to us,so we will make a confirmation. You can also communicate with our designers directly.After we get your deposit, our designers can send the sample design to you in 2 days. We will make or reverse the design for you . The deposit will be deducted in mass production.
Step 3
Make sample
When we get your approval of the design, we will start to make the sample. The sample lead time will be 4-7 business days
Step 4
Affirm the sample
When the sample is finished, we will confirm the sample with you in 2 ways.1 we send photos of the sample to you(speed-oriented)2 we send the real sample to your place(suitable for people with strict requirement)
Step 5
Start mass production
We will send an detailed order form to you to make final confirmation after we get your approval of the sample. Then we will start the mass production. The lead time will be 10-20 business days.
Step 6
Send goods to you
After we finish the mass production, we will choose the best express company to send the products to you. We will keep track of the shipment to make sure that the package will arrive at the destination successfully.

After-sales service
Any problem, please contact us promptly. We will provide the best after-sales service for you.
